The following sites that you sent me as samples are all registered by register.com on may 18 2012 to the same 23 year old person in india who.
Interestingly the photos on one site appear stripped from an actual site but no mention of the auto dealers 2 nd location in suprise(thats right) arizona.
the SEO on all three are "all in one seo" a word press plugin by representative of a site developed for disabled military service personnel. You can find this out by search through the html "header section" and then searching the plugin name.
