I need to try and earn some money as had a heart attack a while ago. So things are tough as I only work part time as a window cleaner. Window cleaning is getting to much for me so trying to start an online biz.

Yes they do, people don't know how to build links for their site and get screwed, Google this days have become smart ass you must know to handle link building after updates. Don't worry regarding it will help you do that.
