Sorry, but there's no way to create stealth Paypal accounts without any kind of investment - not that I'm aware of, and I doubt there will ever be a way.

You need at least a VCC and a phone to verify them.

If you don't know I had many other BSO's in the past and I can tell by experience:

Most of reviewers either forget to give reviews or just want stuff for free. Some might even leak or trade the content through PM's or outside forums.

This is my BSO and I have all the rights to decide not to give review copies. I'm working with forum rules under my arms. I rather get reviews from true buyers than from users with review badges.
