Yes, the going's really slow with this file. It took me longer than I care to remember uploading it to Mediafire but Worksheet Crafter is nearly 900 MB! And for that reason alone, I caution you to check the version numbers on the program you downloaded from that site. While the quick download is enviable, I wonder if you got the same software I shared in the OP.

You can't download 900 MB in 2 minutes. That takes time.

Either you've got the bare-bones program and are missing the premium assets or they've got lighning-fast server speed. Also, there is a couple of 2022 versions of Worksheet Crafter available on download sites that are not as updated as the one I shared in the OP; but even so, this program is a tremendous value for quickly creating printable type templates, worksheets and more so having any version is a good thing.

@berlinerin: Your link does go to a 2022 version of Worksheet Crafter however, the version you have is 1.4.201. There will be some premium extras missing since the 2022.2.5.110 update shared on this thread is newer. I just wanted you to know that if you want all of the extras, then it will take correspondingly longer to download because it's a huge file.

@All: I also want people to be mindful that if they didn't download from my Medifire link, I can't be expected to field questions or comments about problems they have. Two people on this thread have successfully installed this software and have confirmed that it's working as it should. If anyone experiences problems like an infected file or if anything is missing (like the premium assets folder, etc.) it is because they didn't download from the source in the original share.

Now, on tomorrow, I will post a breakdown for helping anyone who needs a walk-through on using the Instruction.txt file or the crack folder to make the software work but for me, today has been a long one. I need to get away and recharge my batteries. So I will return on tomorrow and post what I have in the hopes that it helps.

did you manage to edit the hosts file ok
or did you block with firewall

loaded the .exe file again as per the instructions, but did not open the program until I had placed the crack in the Program Files (x86) folder... The start screen shows but that is as far as it goes?

Stupid question but did you remember to save the file
when open mine it takes a few minutes to start

@GalaxyQuest2: I can't be sure but sometimes if you have other resource-intensive processing running or you are working in another program, a larger program like Worksheet Crafter could have a hard time loading. This program is almost 900 MB. Did you check your available disc space or RAM against the system requirements for it to run without lagging? Also, it looks like Windows 11 isn't listed; if that is your OS, I'm not sure if it is supported.

System Requirements:
- Pentium 500 MHz, or higher
- Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10
- Min. 512MB RAM
- Min. 60 MB free HDD space for Basic Edition and 500 MB for Premium and Unlimited Editions
- Product languages: English, German, Portuguese

These are all wild guesses but I didn't want to appear to ignore your call for help.

I am happy to see that william40 attempted to assist you --- if you're still running into problems, try the steps again.

You can check out the Help Guide I just posted as an UPDATE. I got the details and a couple of links to websites with visual instructions from the two individuals who reported this program running on their systems. So look for the UPDATE --- THURSDAY, JUNE 30, 2022 to see if that will help to identify a step you may have overlooked.

Sorry I don't have a definitive answer because I haven't installed it yet myself. I do plan to do that later today when I have more time.

On the other hand, should you get the program running, don't hestitate to come back and let us know. Updates are always helpful.
