Can you send me more info on this OPTION - BELOW for sending cold emails:

Ok so if you are into cold emailing you need to have your own SMTP server which is Bring your own SMTP server. You can use many SMTP servers like SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES etc to do the email sending for you. There are also some cheaper ones like mail.baby for sending out emails.
