Today, I want to talk to you about a very important hormone called Dopamine.

Please pay attention to every detail in this mail.

You see, dopamine is a powerful neurotransmitter that is responsible for feelings of pleasure and reward.

It's what makes us feel good when we accomplish something and motivates us to seek new challenges and experiences.

However, dopamine can also be a double-edged sword.

In today's world, we are constantly bombarded with opportunities to trigger a dopamine release, whether it's through social media, video games, or other forms of entertainment.

Think about the last time you were so eager to see a particular movie.

or when you post a beautiful photo on social media and you got likes and comments of how beautiful or handsome you look.

Didn't you feel a sense of satisfaction? that's the dopamine hormone at work.

While these things can be enjoyable in moderation, they can also become a distraction and a time-waster, leading us to miss out on more important and fulfilling experiences.

The problem with chasing after these quick dopamine hits is that they can lead to a false sense of satisfaction, leaving us feeling unfulfilled and disconnected from our true passions and purpose in life.

It's easy to get trapped in a cycle of scrolling through social media feeds or playing video games, all in the pursuit of a fleeting dopamine rush.

This is the major reason why so many people are broke and unable to achieve something meaningful in life.

But there is good news! You can re-channel your dopamine for positive use and personal growth.

If you have known me for some time, that is a statement you must have heard from me various times.

And it is 100% true.

I have a pad where I write down the various money making ideas that I get.

And you won't even be able to guess how many come to me in a week.

I write them down because I really can't work on all the ideas.

But once in a while, I get one that is too hard to pass on and I start work on it immediately.

I got one like that from my dream the other day.

I jumped up and wrote it down for about 30 minutes.

Then the next morning, I called my programmer to start work on it.

Hopefully, we should launch it this year.

But do you know why this is the case for me?

It is because of two things:

ONE: I developed a prosperity mindset that attracts money-making ideas and opportunities.

In my last post, I introduced you to the modern devil.

Aka cheap dopamine.

It is why people are always on their phones 24/7.

Scrolling through FB and Twitter.

Watching Tiktok and Youtube shorts.

Watching videos on Netflix and other platforms.

Watching P*rn.

Etc

But the other side of the coin is this.

You can actually mage mega money with this.

Because think about it.

Wherever people's attention is, there is a lot of money to be made.

Burn that into your brain.

In fact, let me repeat it again:

"Wherever people's attention is, there is a lot of money to be made."

That is why the owners of these "dopamine based" platforms are rich AF.

You can tap into that too.

Many people have done it and become crazy rich.

E.g.

There is a guy known as Mr Beast on Youtube.

He is Youtube's highest earner of all time.

And what he does it to create highly interesting videos that people love to consume.

Or what about The Kardashians?

Oh! The "talentless" family.

But they have made billions of dollars.

Their fortunes started when one of the sisters released a sex video (talk about cheap dopamine)

Kylie Jenner, one of the Kardashians built a 20m following on Snapchat.

Then she went ahead to launch a makeup brand to those followers.

And became the youngest female billionaire ever.

Maybe those ones are too big for you.

But if you look around...

There are many "normal" people around you making anything from $10k a month and above by taking advantage of the "cheap dopamine" audience.

If you ask me, I would actually say this is the easiest way to make money online.

Just pick one social media platform that suits you.

Study it and begin to use it to get a lot of attention.

How you decide to monetize that attention is your choice.

There are different ways to do it than I can share in this post.

This is another remind that there is money everywhere.

And the modern devil can make you crazily rich without you having to do any silly money rituals.

These past few weeks have been very different for me.

I have been doing a lot of soul searching, meditating, thinking etc.

And that is because I need to move to a new level.

The last time I was in this type of state was in 2018.

And it led to something great in my life.

But we learn more at every level.

I was going through my journals from 2020 and I found out that there were goals that I kept repeating each year.

One of the people who creates such content that I like a lot is Brian Tracy.

I recommend a lot of his materials.

I like Brian Tracy because most of his content deals with what I call - The inner game of success.

What is that?

When it comes to success in anything - fitness, business, relationships etc

Most people focus on - what do do.

But that is just like 80% that only produces 20% results.

The main things that are the 20% that produce 80% of the results you are looking for are abstract stuff.

In form of your beliefs, thoughts, mindsets etc

These are the things Brian Tracy's content helps you to deal with.

Unfortunately, those are the things most people don't bother with because it is not flashy.

With that said...
