Below are two Virus Total reports; one for the archived (rar) file and another for the program/setup (executable) file.
It is always a good idea to open a rar or zip download on your desktop and pull out certain types of files to scan separately as a security measure. Certain types of files can have harmful components that are not easily detected or may be overlooked by an anti-virus scan when they are packaged with other files. These include executables (files ending in the .exe extension) and the traditional "black-hat" type cracking tools like patch files and key generators designed to make programs work by altering the code.
If you get a negative detection, they you've got to investigate to see if it is a false positive (ex: AV program highly sensitive) or something you should be concerned about.

@ilikeseggs: I'm not sure that it will help but in post #3, 34ever replied to Mac-Man's post that the templates were not usable. Please see his comments; his instructions may help to make the templates usable. Again, I'm not sure if it helps because he is referring to his own share and the post said nothing about the templates being pre-branded. Depending on which download you got, it might help. My download is for an upgraded product (slightly newer version).

Thanks for the help Layna. I didn't get the original DL...I installed yours and as I said before - I made the mistake of downloading the templates. Upon which time, all exporting/previewing was HIGHLY watermarked and the text was even garbled!
I uninstalled, restarted, and reinstalled, but the settings were still in the registry, so the same thing happened WITHOUT installing the templates.
So...I am now faced with a dilemma - uninstall, restart...again, then search and destroy the registry entries? Or...move on?

I went ahead and "searched and destroyed" the registry entries, but the last two, even after opening in administrator mode, would not delete. I reinstalled and restarted anyway (desperate?).
Tried to export again and got the watermarks again. So, the problem is either with the two registry entries I cannot delete, or their server has flagged our IP's.

Let me know if you think I should take this share down. Sounds like it's creating more problems than it's worth. I can ask Lala to remove the entire thread to keep others from going through this. Being that the link shared in the original post is no longer working, it shouldn't be a problem to have the thread taken down.
Sorry, everybody. My efforts to try and help seemed to have imploded this time.
There are links to some posts that might be helpful in how to use this software to get the results you want. I didn't see anything about editing or removing watermarks from the templates but there may be something there.
Sadly, though, it looks like he hasn't published anything on that site since October 1, 2020.
And here's an interesting write-up about using software like MailStyler 2 with some additional information about the templates:
It seems you have access to a very limited number of FREE templates. Those marked PRO are accessible only to paying customers. Sorry I didn't include that information at the time of the share. But it appears you can create your own templates (according to this article), so that's one way to use this software without worrying about watermarks.
