Can people outside US get this service ? Or we have to be inside US ?

Just a quick note for anyone who may be interested:
Months ago, when I posted this - I was quite certain that it would be of interest for members here as it is a 100% legitimate way to keep your funds safe from some very bad situations.

I was both right AND wrong, sadly - you see members here are very used to getting stuff for free, which is totally fine - but this CANNOT BE HAD FOR FREE;
It is a personalized SERVICE performed by someone whom I volunteered to assist.

I've put ALOT of time and efforts into this project.
Mostly what has come from it is a huge waste of my time on a whole bunch of 'tire kickers' who find out that it ain't cheap and then vanish.

SO:
Sometime soon I'll be taking down this offer and ceasing my efforts with regards to it.

For now:
Anyone who REALLY has an interest AND will not be scared away by the cost to get it (think of it as a 2 hour fee from a lawyer...paid to the provider directly, NOT to me), act soon as I am not kidding around to create false scarcity here - I'm genuinely tired of having my time and efforts laid to waste with this silliness and I'm totally ready to just be done with it.

Lastly:

I used to own a US bank account (i am not US citizen) and even a business bank account many years ago I still have an ITIN number (which is the equivalent of the SS for non US citizens) which I assume is still valid ?

I have had corporations in Nevada I am not sure if your service one is suitable or indeed necessary to set up new bank accounts but would appreciate information (even if lacking in detail of estimate of costs etc).

Can you check with your contact if a NON US resident set this up somehow ?

But want to have a bullet proof US Bank account which doesnt report back earnings to my home country

This process does absolutely require visiting the chosen bank IN PERSON with the documents provided and=>
US KYC requires proper ID as well.
