I got into it a while back - went through it - demanded a refund.
Still get her emails (one day I'll cancel those as well...).
She is pleasant enough to listen to - for a while, until it becomes obvious that she just drones on and on and on.
At the end of the day the ideas can be summed up into around a page of text rather than hours of over-explaining every tiny little thing.
Also, she is a bit anti-male, which makes sense since she is female and her abuser was male.

Unless you really, really want to go through hours of videos, and also be part of an unhelpful group of members who whine endlessly about their lives, I would instead start by visiting here:

Right now with all the virus mania and folks cooped up together - there is far more danger to one's well being from being stuck inside with a narc, and worse still is the potential for violence simply due to over-exposure and overloading.

I have immense experience in dealing with this, and have learned how to cope with it while staying with the purveyor of it as this affliction is widespread enough as to almost be unavoidable.

A very worthy (IMO) 3 minute watch, where finally - after years of endless blthering fluff, she CLEARLY explains what traps so many folks inside relationships with narcs:
