You could use fiverr to outsource but ideally you have someone who can competently copy the 6 page books you buy and also be able to design it into a 6 page chart.
The real kicker is going to be people having to get them printed by a professional printer and then fulfilled by Amazon, so the inital costs might well keep the majority of purchasers out.[/b]
I did not get the download, either. My browser showed that my connection was not secure and suggested I back out. I surely would like to have this title. Can someone who got it please mirror?
I tried Opera and Firefox and got the same strange message.

Thanks for the extra link Punkim, tried top 3 but same negative result.
I use eSet internet security ( excellent ) and generally takes out any nasties before I download but if is absolute red light, it will total block access.

Also use Malwarebytes Premium and it also put up a warning sign for most of the download links.
I rarely get blocked but when I do I don't try to get around it.
