Good question brother ..

Google identifies paid traffic source with referrer , Every user is sent to website with referrer or tag..

But there are still some paid traffic which doesn't tags any such thing just direct traffic without any tags. They are still proven good with adsense..

But Paid traffic is always limited not like organic traffic.

When we dont have any traffic on site to earn we need paid traffic for sure and we need to take risk on bounce no other choice :)
