As i told It's hosted method .. Your paying 30$ for Hosting , Maintenance , Support and our method on any ad network not only adsense.

2) If I don't have website, 100$ for content and website with Adsense approval?
Its hand written articles and google will love legit articles and you will get your own account on that content also but it might take time based on what county your form ..

Example1: I have a website with adsense and contentad, 0 traffic. I give you 30$. WHAT DO I GET??? traffic to the site? clicks?

Example2: I have a website with adsense and contentad, 2000 Unique Visitors per day. I give you 30$. Why Do I need you???
