So what does it do?
It's a way of using Instagram messenger to spam people you don't know. What could possibly go wrong?

(Actually, quite a lot: I kept getting errors indicating bugs and platform loading issues.)

Im getting 'server error' when I try to register.

Me too - it was doing that while I was checking the links and now not even the registration page is up. My guess is that the site is down - it launched today and there is probably a huge server load. That, or the owner is on here...
