So today is Monday. And for most of us (at least those of us in the States, anyway), that means a going back to normal after the long, Thanksgiving Day weekend.

But is it really, though? Going back to "normal", I mean?

Because I dunno about you, but the next few weeks are gonna be a string of anything *but* normal.

You've got getting and decorating a tree and putting up decorations. Christmas shopping and running extra errands.

The kids off from school and covering others' missed shifts at work. Family get-togethers and holiday work parties.

Hell, for a lot of people in the US, the last few days have been less about turkey dinners and football as they have about just trying to make and change travel plans around crazy winter storms.

You know there's bound to be more of that coming. And it's gonna just get worse given that virtually everyone and their brother will end up on the road or in the air.

Point is - the next few weeks have just as much chance to be "WTF?" as they do "same old, same old".

And if that can turn ANYTHING upside down, it's your $$$-getting efforts online. Not for me, though.

I have $$$ coming to me in a variety of ways - I run this BSO. I do email coaching. I've got custom clients. I promote my own products. I even do a little client work here and there.

Know what it all has in common?

To do my work, and to "get that paper" (as the guys in the rap videos say, lol) all I have to do is type up an email or two and hit the send button.

After that, the greenbacks just come my way and the "Notification of Payment Received" emails just hit my inbox.

Maybe best of all, it's simple, it doesn't take a lot of time (once you know what you're doing), and can be done from pretty much anywhere...which means I can close the door, kick out the nieces and nephews, and bust out a quick email during the next family shindig if I need to.

(lol, I actually did ^that at a family shindig over the long weekend...and it was funny because when I rejoined everyone, many were griping about work and talking about how they were glad to have a few days off...all while I knew I'd just spent a few minutes to get more $$$ coming in.)

Am I saying email will make you a bajillionaire? Or that it can let you only work 3 minutes a day? No and no.

But I *am* saying that if you grab a spot in this BSO (only one left at the current price, BTW) ASAP, you *could* get good enough at email to bring in some extra moolah for the holidays.

Which is cool because that mean Christmas won't be as lean as you like. Or it could just take the proverbial "edge" off. Or it could be all about setting you up for an awesome 2020.

Won't know unless you get started, though.

Like I said - there's only one spot left before the current price goes up. And truth be told, I'm about at my limit for how many clients I can take on (I spend a LOT of time with my clients and wanna make sure I leave enough hours in the day to be able to give everyone the attention they deserve).

Point is - I may have to pause this BSO soon. Wouldn't wanna see you miss out.

So hit the BSO post for more info or you can just PM me right now to get started.

PS - be sure to come back to this thread later...there's a pretty cool tidbit about this very BSO post you'll wanna hear.

lol...it'll be fun.
Ok, so in my last post, I said there was a "cool tidbit" about it that you'd wanna hear.

I think this might actually surprise you...but it's gonna take a minute to dig into, so stick with me.

You've heard of content syndication, right?

That's where you take a piece of content and publish it multiple places.

So think like you write an email. Then you publish it on your blog. Then you publish it as an article somewhere. etc.

(This used to be popular years ago for SEO purposes when people would syndicate content to web 2.0 sites, article directories, etc.)

Then there's content multiplication.

That's when you take one piece of content and turn it into many and syndicate them. So say you publish a video to youtube. Then cross-post it to facebook. Pull snippets out of it for more youtube videos or to post to instagram. Transcribe the video and turn it into a blog post. Post quotes from the video to twitter.

(I could keep going, but you get the idea.)

POINT IS - if you're savvy enough, you can create one piece of content, but then use it multiple times and in multiple ways to get more "bang for your buck".

Well, that's exactly what I did with my previous post in this thread...

...but only *part* of it. Right up through where it says, "And if that can turn ANYTHING upside down, it's..."

See, everything up to and including that was something I'd actually written for an email going out to my personal email lists to promote one of my own self-branded products.

Why is any of this a big deal?

Because that list, the people on it, and the product I was promoting HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IM, BIZOPP, MAKE MONEY ONLINE, OR ANYTHING ELSE LIKE THAT.

It's in a *completely* different niche than what we talk about here at BBHF.

Here's the thing, though - is there *anyone* that had a long, likely busy, holiday weekend that wasn't just trying to "get back to normal"? Of course not - everyone was.

So why couldn't you use that same idea (getting back to "normal") to lead into a pitch about almost anything?

**TIP - YOU CAN (and I did...and it made me $$$)

See, that has nothing to do with a specific niche or product research or (being completely honest) even email marketing - it's just knowing people, what they go through, what they're looking for, and how to talk to and identify with them.

Because when you can do that...pffft - selling 'em stuff becomes easy.

Like that whole "back to normal" thing - you start off talking about that, then transition into whatever your niche is:

--making $$$ online
--getting in shape
--doing what you need to do to attract a mate
--get that new job
--resuming your daily meditation
--going back on your *insert diet here*

You get my point.

I just think (and I'm right, lol) that email marketing is the best, easiest, and fastest way to learn how to do this.

I mean, it *is* how I did it - and I can teach you, too.

As of when I'm posting this, I still have one slot left at the current price before it goes up another $50. HOWEVER, I have been trading a couple PMs with forum members that I'm pretty sure are gonna pull the trigger on joining this.

It's "first come, first serve", so if you want in before the price goes up again, check out the BSO post for more info or go ahead and PM me directly to get your payment link and reserve your spot.

$48

It's not a world-beating or mind-bending amount of $$$. But it's definitely not meaningless, either.

I mean, if you saw $48 just sitting randomly on the street, you'd stop to pick it up.

So it's worth having.

As I type this out, it's just ticked past 11am. To be honest, I just got out of the shower after getting home from the gym maybe 20-30 minutes ago.

(Well, not just the gym. Had to stop on the way home and pick up some peanut butter. Kids...sheesh...amiright? lol)

Point is - when I got home from the gym, I had payment notifications sitting in my inbox totaling $48.

But why? What for? Where did they come from?

They came as a result of an email I wrote this morning. And not just *any* email...a pretty brutal one. Super-simple.

As in whatever is another notch BELOW "quick and dirty" on the "holy cow, that's a great email!" scale...that's the one I sent earlier.

Yet, while it was about a million miles away from my best work, that email still landed me $48...so far. The day isn't over, and I'm pretty sure neither are the payment notifications.

That's the power of email marketing - but only when you know how to do it correctly. Don't worry, though - I can show you how.

And luckily, I've had two unexpected spots open up to take on email coaching clients. You can claim one by clicking this direct payment link.

(Or you can check the original BSO post for more info or even just PM me directly if you have questions.)

2020 is right around the corner, and while I don't wanna sound like "that guy", email marketing could be the very thing that finally makes it "your year".

Just something to think about...

"SONOFAB!TCH, google...are you KIDDING ME right now!?!"

^^that was me the last couple weeks or so.

Why?

Because google kept landing my email newsletters in the "Promotions" tab instead of the inbox. (I know because I've got one of my own gmail accounts on my list so I can keep an eye on this kinda thing.)

Now, there are a number of things that can land you in the junk folder:

#1 - the topic(s) / niche(s) you're writing about

I don't care HOW good your emails are, you ain't getting an email about d!ck pills delivered. lol

#2 - certain words or phrases

Saying things like "free", "fat loss", or "make money online" will trigger bots and send you right to spam.

#3 - linking out to shady sites

(Sometimes even affiliate links in general can do this...it just kinda depends.)

#4 - the health of your server / reputation of your domain

If you're using an ESP (Email Service Provider - aweber, mail chimp, etc), then there's nothing you can do about this. But as long as you have the above on point, you're mostly good. However, if your open rate massively drops, you get a bunch of spam complaints, etc, your ESP will transfer you over to a lower quality server.

Because they aren't gonna stop taking your $$$ to send your emails, but they also aren't gonna mix your (seemingly) low-rent newsletters with a someone else's whose are of higher quality.

You can get around this if you have your own server, email software, etc, but that's a WHOLE OTHER bucket of work, issues, and so on to deal with. A completely different conversation, really.

#5 - what mood email providers are in that day

If gmail, hotmail, yahoo, etc are just feeling finicky one day and decide you should get junk-boxed, then there's nothing you can do about it.

Now, over the years, I've gotten a pretty good handle on this stuff - I know what gets delivered and what doesn't. Not *every* email is gonna land in the inbox (I'd say that unless I'm sending an overly blatant, "GO HERE! BUY THIS!" message, I'm gonna get delivered 96-98% of the time) - nobody's is.

But for the most part, as long as you're following "best practices", you should be fine. I always have been.

Until just before Christmas, that is.

Because then, FOR NO APPARENT REASON, gmail started delivering me to the "Promotions" tab.

I wasn't promoting anything different, I wasn't doing anything different, I hadn't changed up my email style...they just started spam-hammering me. And I had no idea why.

At first, I thought maybe there were some new trigger words the bots were now catching - "new year" or "resolutions" or whatever. Getting rid of 'em didn't help, though. Nothing did.

And I knew it wasn't just my own gmail account acting wonky, as my email open rates dropped by a good 40% or so.

I kept at it for about a week trying to "fix" whatever "problem" I was now having...but eventually (after a lot of "WTF!?!" on my part), I just let it all go. Instead, I exported my list, opened up a new account on a different ESP, imported my list, and was back up and running.

More importantly, those "Notification of Payment Received" emails started landing right back in my inbox again.

Why am I telling you all this? To demonstrate the absolute BEAUTY of email.

Say I had a huge social media following, a platform changed their algorithm, and now my followers aren't seeing my posts. It's not like I can just open up another account and transfer all my followers to it.

Say I had a site ranked really well, but then google inexplicably sandboxed me out to page nowhere. It's not like I can just put up a new site, transfer the content over, and be right back on the first page again.

Heck, say I have an ad that just stops performing (how many times have you seen that on FB?) Sure, I can replicate the add, use the same audience, and maybe even the same tracking pixel - but if the old ad stopped working for no reason, there's no telling if the new one will.

Email is completely different, though.

Once I decided I was done trying to "fix" whatever this unknown problem was, 90 minutes later I was right back up to snuff again.

Now, you'll never be able to control EVERY aspect of your marketing performance. But with email, you can control way more than most.

It's still early in 2020 - wanna learn how to FINALLY make email work for you this year? Then claim one of my few email coaching spots and we can get to work ASAP.

Need to know what all kinda coaching you get? Then check out the BSO post or you can PM me with questions.
