I don't post on BBHF much, but have been on the forum for awhile.

When I saw the question if this guy's coaching is legit, I can say from experience that it is. I met him at a IM conference in 2009 and have kept in contact with him ever since.

In fact, I have been telling him to offer email coaching for several years.

Be thankful he finally listened to me.

Half the time when I receive his newsletters I think they are personal emails written to me. They are that engaging. I've never read emails quite like his.

His emails pull.

How do I know?

I outsourced all the emails I was supposed to be writing for a company to him.

The emails converted. The company made more money, I made more money, and
and my boss never knew that I didn't write them!

So if you want to learn email marketing from someone who actually is a successful email marketer and not a poser hawking a PLR pdf, sign up before the spots are taken. You won't regret it.
I just wanted to personally vouch for noob14 on this BSO. He has helped me with some positioning in the email business I am building and just that one bit of advice has been worth the cost of what he is charging for this. Personally I think he should be charging a lot more. I am fortunate to be able to communicate with him and get his help on questions related to email marketing. You will be very happy and pleased if you take him up on this generous offer.

Random question for anyone reading this thread...

...are you single? lol

If you are, great - keep reading. And if you're not...well...pretend you are for a minute.

Ok, now I want you to picture your ultimate girl or guy - or at least the type of girl / guy you tend to like or are attracted to. Got it?

Cool.

Now picture the complete opposite type of girl or guy. We're talking oil and water opposites here. lol. Got that, too?

Cool.

Personally, outside of all this IM stuff, I'm a dude that likes muscle cars, motorcycles, tattoos, rock and roll...that sorta thing. So that's the type of girl I often like - think like a hot biker chick.

(In fact, my last semi-serious girlfriend was actually a part-time pin-up model for motorcycle ads and chopper calendars.)

On the flip side, the opposite of that is the quasi "high class", city girl. You know - the type whose ideal day is getting mani/pedis with her girlfriends while drinking mimosas and talking about the new handbags in the latest issue of Vogue.

lolllll...I know, I know - WHAT DOES ANY OF THIS HAVE TO DO WITH EMAIL MARKETING!?!?! Just stick with me for a minute and you'll find out.

Don't get me wrong - there's nothing *wrong* with either type of girl I just described, and one is certainly no "better" than the other. One just happens to be what I like (and tends to like me) and the other isn't...simple as that.

Now let's say I'm at a party or something, and there's one of each above there - a hot biker chick and a mani/pedi mimosa girl.

Now let's further say that I somehow hear through the grapevine that how I look, dress, carry myself, my tattoos, or whatever has totally turned off mani/pedi mimosa girl. She's even gone as far as to say she could NEVER date me.

Not to sound like an a-hole, but I'm not *really* gonna care, am I? I mean, let's be honest - it's not like we were ever gonna go out anyway, so her saying she couldn't ever date me isn't exactly a big loss.

Besides - since mani/pedi mimosa girl and hot biker chick *are* such complete opposites, whatever it is that pushes mimosa girl away is very likely exactly what hot biker chick WILL be into.

So to use marketing / "woo-woo" parlance, I'm "attracting" my ideal girl (customer) while "repelling" the one I don't want.

WHAT THIS HAS TO DO WITH EMAIL:

I see a looooooot of new (and even somewhat experienced) email marketers worry like crazy about unsubscribes. They go out of their way to not offend anyone, they're afraid of pitching too much (almost impossible when done right), and are all but deathly afraid of people hitting the unsubscribe button.

Here's the deal - if you continually send someone emails, one of four things is gonna eventually happen:

#1 - they're gonna unsubscribe
#2 - they'll never unsubscribe, but they'll just stop opening / reading
#3 - they'll keep opening / reading, but never buy
#4 - they buy

Here's the thing most email marketers don't realize - if you're getting the right type of person on your list, you're positioning yourself the right way, you're writing your emails the right way, and you're promoting the right kind of offer (ALL of which I can show you, btw)...people are either gonna buy or they're not.

Could be now, could be later, could be never.

The ONLY ones you care about are the people that are gonna buy.

Because whatever it is that you say, do, etc in your email that gets someone to unsubscribe, there's about a 99% chance they were NEVER GONNA BUY ANYWAY.

I mean, I could tone down how I look, dress, act, etc so mani/pedi mimosa girl is more apt to like me...but she was probably never gonna anyway, so who cares?

The hot biker chick though...yeeeeeaaaahhhhh man - lemme do what I do because her and I are way more likely to connect and dig each other.

POINT IS - don't write your emails being worried if people unsubscribe.

Instead, write them so that people wanna buy.

And those that don't...they can go do whatever, because they're not contributing to your bottom line (aka - bank account), anyway.

Not sure how to do this, though? No problem - I can show you. Just go here for more info or PM me directly to get started ASAP.
**UPDATE - ADDITIONAL Q&A**

-Do you have to be an expert in a niche?

Not at all - you just have to be able to do a little research. I can show you what to do and where to go, and it doesn't take that long. In fact, I can show you how *not* knowing anything about a niche can actually be turned into more sales.

-Do you have to learn a lot about a niche to send emails / send in it?

Obviously, the more about a niche you know (or are willing to learn), the more it'll benefit you. However, I do realize that sometimes people want to get into niches because there's $$$ to be had, but they have no interest in them.

For example, a buddy of mine once talked of getting into the golf niche because he knows golfers are big spenders, but he absolutely hated golf. lol

I *can* show you a way to get into a niche without having to learn much about it. It is a little labor intensive, but once you get the ball rolling, it doesn't take a ton to maintain and grow.

The one benefit to this method is that it's simple to rinse and repeat, so you could be building lists / marketing to people in multiple niches at once.

Check your PMs.
I'm about to fear-monger TF out of you...but trust me when I say it's for your own good.

(lol...great way to start a post, right?)

We live in a *really* crazy time on the ole' intrawebz.

We're seeing decently influential people being de-platformed on social media because of their political leanings...and it tends to only go one way.

Random folks like you and I are experiencing "shadow bans" on social media if they talk about certain topics. And Mark Z's minions are policing even "private" and "secret" groups, tossing people in FB Jail for the smallest of things...always unbeknownst to them.

I mean, the number of buddies of mine that have suddenly disappeared from FB simply because they shared - not posted...*shared* - a meme is kinda ridiculous.

But what if you're using said intrawebz to make moolah?

Branding experts say you should "be yourself" to cater and indoctrinate yourself to your tribe. If "being yourself" means cursing, you can kiss your youtube monetization goodbye.

Discuss - not promote...just discuss - a topic youtube doesn't like, and you flirt with being banhammered there, too.

And stuff that seems like it *should* be rather innocuous - I mean, how many times have we seen people up in arms from not only getting banned by Amazon, but having to forfeit who-knows-how-much $$$$ in the process?

Even payment processors like paypal, patreon, etc can (and have) get in on the act if they want to.

Fact is that one day, you could have a massive, thriving, hugely profiting online business, and the next day, simply because someone in a call center somewhere decides they don't like you, you're doing your best Keiser Soze impression...

POOF...and you're gone.

You know how to protect yourself from this, though?

EMAIL MARKETING

If you build a list - and are smart enough to regularly back that list up via file you store somewhere OTHER than your newsletter service - quite literally EVERYTHING could come crashing down:

-you could lose your site
-you newsletter service could delete you
-your payment processor could banhammer you
-your affiliate account could get scrapped
-your social media accounts could get shut down

And more.

But if you've got that list...AND YOU KNOW HOW TO TALK TO THEM...all you have to do is re-upload that list to a new / different newsletter service, adjust your offer (if need be) and you're back up and running.

You could literally go from being completely knocked down to nothing to back up, running, and profitable again in a matter of hours.

Not many other avenues give you this kinda freedom and protection.

Email marketing does, though...ESPECIALLY if you do it the right way.

Cool thing is I can show you what the "right way" is - check this to find out how or PM me if you want in
