Ok, just installed the 3rd update. Unfortunately, this hasn't helped. The same exact issue as before is stopping this software from working. It fails to upload any videos to AmazonSES, and thus no transcription is possible. Still unusable. Haven't given up yet, but I am nearing the end...
UPDATE: 3: Ok, after tweaking the software...I am now able to get it to upload to Amazon for translation. Unfortunately, it still won't show any videos in the compaign tab or the translation tab. It fails to load the video in the program. however, it seems that if I override this failure, and ask it to transcribe the "ghost" none existant video, it does indeed upload the "ghost" video to amazon, and it will translate...so it is at last working, at least in part, but with some great design failures.....such as being unable to view the "ghost" video in the campaign tab, so as to evaluate the srt transcription against what is being said the the actual video [the video window is blanc] while it's playing.....help, this isn't good, but it is at an improvement from not working entirely....
