Ok, the product was delivered today..thank you keosoft90.
On the other hand, no fault of keosoft90, the product isn't working for me. It loads up OK and accepts my authentication login, but it won't accept videos from youtube or other videos on your hard drive. It does download the video from youtube, and it does create a transcript on the preview page, but fails to load the preview video on that same page..so everything stops here.
I was thinking that perhaps the shared amazon tier-one transcription character limits [2Million per month free] had been overused by this group, so I entered my own amazon aws credentials, but the program refused to accept my own credentials from my own AWS account, so I had to use the default setting, but again, still not working.
PS: one curious thing, my credentials from the members' area says "pending", as if my login password is not finalized? However, the exe file does accept my email and password, so I don't really know what this means?
I have placed a support ticket with a screenshot of the problem with the developer, but I am waiting for a reply or solution.
It's Sunday, so I am not expecting anything until monday.
I am running W10, and I have perhaps 50+ other programs all running successfully in my system [including a few from this same developer], so I am pretty sure this problem is directly related to a defect in this particular software, and not anything on my system which would interfere with their program.
I would like to know if anyone else has successfully installed this software, or whether they're running into the same problem that I am?
So far, I have installed it on Windows 10 notebook and it runs ok. Hope their support can assist you asap.
Note : I do face the same problem with Core SEO (by same developer and after liasing with their support, it runs well).
I haven't gone through this software fully, but uploading video on it is ok. For YT video, the software will prompt to download it first.
Just I find noticed the choices for video language is limited and from 2 tests yesterday, the translation is out. Anyway, I haven't gone through the tutorials fully. Hopefully there'll be some tips and tricks on it. Amen

Same problems here.I tried 5 times with youtube and videos from my PC. There is also a 15 minute video limitation.

Without being able to upload the video, you can't use the other software features:like SRTS, subtitle video or voiceover.
Let's hope the software provider gets their stuff together. I like it in theory but in practice, it is lacking.

UPDATE 2: I got a response to my support requests today. They're asking that I uninstall all folders from my %appdata% folder for teckniforce and vidscribe, and then uninstall the app, reboot, and try again with their latest build. I did that, but naturally, the program now fails to recognize my purchase code, so it stops at this point, waiting on a new code...we'll see if this helps???

Sorry, still not working for me. Support issued a update, and I installed it, but still no relief. My two new support tickets are being ignored today..hope they're doing something behind the scenes to solve this problem, as it's useless right now??
UPDATE: Filed a 3rd support ticket today with screenshots of the failed window, still no response since 44 hours ago. They issued a 2nd update, which I have downloaded and installed OK. Unfortunately, the program still FAILS, as it hangs up on the uploading to AmazonSES, which is the engine that does all of the work in the translations.
Simply put, no uploads to AmazonSES, equals useless product ...
I am using very short english videos under 4 mins. I even tried to use my own AmazonSES credentials, but the program refuses to accept them, and support won't get back to me, after 44 hours now.
I am not giving up yet, as they have issued 2 updates, but none are helping me. But , maybe the 3rd update will solve this problem???
I really want this program to work, because if it does what it promises, then it'll be well worth the money we're spending here....
