I got this query couple of times, I understand this is coming from people who are not familiar with Press releases. But I will answer it here and also add to the FAQ for any future reference.

If your question is why ABC6.com, ABC-7.com are there in the distribution list and NOT ABCNEWS.GO.COM, and why FOX34.com is there and NOT foxnews.com, then here is the explanation.

All press releases always go to network sites, not their parent sites. It is not our service, but true for any press release service in the world. When you buy $350+ premium press releases by PRweb or PRNewswire, they also send to ABC, FOX, NBC network sites like - ABC6, ABC7, FOX34 etc. And these are the topmost premium sites you can send to in these network. These are national media sites and any news on these network sites going viral would be picked up by journalists to publish on their parent website. This is the usual flow of news.

These network sites belong to the parent company FOX, NBC, ABC etc, so you can legitimately use " As featured in Fox, NBC" logo on your site by sending your PR to those network sites. All these network site use the parent company logo on their website. So you can go and check each of the site in my report. We send to multiple news sites of each network.

But anyway, for we SEO and digital marketers, our news is not supposed to get viral or get any exposure unless we are sending something really interesting. We are leveraging the trust and authority of those national media sites to derive some authority to our website.
