Same proble with 'sample'

I am not able to do anything. It asked for a licence and I put anything and it accepts it. Then it asked for email login and I put anything and it accepted as well. But when I create a project, it doesn't let me insert anything like sketch or video or audio not it is saving the project. It is saying something like please check your email details......Any Solution?
