For those of you still getting error messages with this download, I am posting a new image to show that, as of TODAY --- NOVEMBER 1, 2020, the zippy link is still working. All you need to do is follow instructions and replace the "hxxp://" with "http://" as stated in the OP.
No matter what browser you use, if you don't make the change as clearly stated in the OP, you will get an error. And, since I shouldn't assume you didn't follow instructions, there may be something wrong with your computer if after using different browsers you still get the error message. I would run a full scan to see if there are any viruses.
