Lynna wrote the long first post to explain how to get PLR products, files, etc...
It took me like 3 seconds to find the file you are asking for .
I simply used this sentence in google:
site:http://*.s3.amazonaws.com/ PLR Out of Thin Air
And the first results is a 2011 PDF file.

Adding DOC word gave me an earlier 2002 (I believe there's a mistake in the copyright year, as they speak about fb and pinterest !) version of the file:

Thanks - you are helping in two ways -
one to enable us to find useful content -
and two - exposing how our content can be downloaded, so we can take steps to prevent it..if necessary.
Personally I allow people to think they have got the content by the back door - because it links to my sites, which is free traffic.
Some of my downloads are planted deliberately to steer people to buy an upsell, in order to use the content.
Files seems to be taken off the server. No longer there.
