It took me like 3 seconds to find the file you are asking for .
I simply used this sentence in google:

site:http://*.s3.amazonaws.com/  PLR Out of Thin Air

And the first results is a 2011 PDF file.

Adding DOC word gave me an earlier 2002 (I believe there's a mistake in the copyright year, as they speak about fb and pinterest !) version of the file:

Ps: I didn't search for long, so there may be other versions out there.

Thanks - you are helping in two ways -
one to enable us to find useful content -
and two - exposing how our content can be downloaded, so we can take steps to prevent it..if necessary.
