@viczo: I don't know if anyone ever answered your question. So let me try.
Did you read my post #118? I tried to make it as simple as possible because this tool is awesome with a CAPITAL A! It's not difficult to use but if you go in tweaking the default arrangements too much, that could thrown off your results.
Here is what I see when I use the ripper tool...
The links above that are purplish are ones I clicked to go to the download page. Now, it is important to RIGHT-CLICK the link and choose OPEN IN ANOTHER TAB so that you will keep the ripper tool opened with all the individual links. Just go and check out the page in another link ... get what you want, if there is anything to get ... then return to the site ripper tool.
I can't make this any more simple than this: See the purplish-colored links at June 02, 2018 in the graphic above? Notice the "dl" in the link ... that suggests it is a download page. So I right-clicked each link and opened it in another tab.
Sometimes, you will hit pay-dirt and get the download page with all the links.
Other times, the site owner will have a brief greeting to say "Thank you for your purchase. I have sent the download links to your email ... be sure to look for them there" --- in which case, you're plum out of luck.
In another case, you could get to the download page and find a membership login or text box asking you to enter the password. Of course, you have neither ... so you won't get the download.
So, although this tool is great, it still relies on the method a site owner uses to display his download links. And more site owners are choosing to deliver links via email, a membership platform or require a password that only paying customers know or created at the time of purchase.
If anyone else has anything to add, I'd appreciate it because this tool is too easy to use so I'm wondering why some people are having problems. And the people having problems don't give me anything to work with so I don't know exactly what they're doing that this isn't working for them.
Sometimes, nothing will come up --- so don't be shocked. It could mean that the site is not hosted on WordPress but more likely, the site owner has protected his assets so they won't show in a ripper tool. Or the download links are on a different site.

Okay ... so now I'm just being silly --- not trying to be sarcastic. I took a classic line from the famous movie, The Treasure of the Sierra Madre and changed the word BADGES with PAGE NUMBERS ... just so you know.
To the person asking about the page numbers not showing up in the ripper tool ... there is no need for page numbers.
You don't need any page numbers.
Don't complicate this nifty little tool, people!
Each individual link is a different web page. The links are arranged in chronological order with the most recent (newest) links appearing at the top of the page and older ones falling to the bottom.
So if you were looking for a more recent IM launch product, for example, you would start at the top where the dates would fall in 2019 or 2020 ... depending on the release date for the product. Older stuff would gravitate to the bottom.
And as I've said at post #118, you can pretty much skip over the links that read policy, terms of service, about us and other "administrative" stuff --- there's nothing there of interest. All those pages will most likely be at the bottom.
You are looking primarily for LINKS (not PAGE TITLE) that end in the words:
* access
* download or dl or dwnld (or anything that could be shorthand for "download")
* thank you or thanks or ty
* any weird alpha-numeric (letters and numbers) string that has no real meaning because that is usually a download page with a hard-to-guess title that cannot be easily found in a search
* any combination of the above
