@stephanie07: There is a number of ways you can find website URLs to put into the tool.

The easiest is to do a search for something generic that you would like to download ... like copywriting, for example.

When the search results come up, check them for books, courses, etc. and when you find a site that seems to have something for SALE (you may need to visit the site link to read the copy and be sure there is a digital product available) then put that URL into the tool.

As I detailed in my step-by-step post, you must use either "http://" or the secure "https://" or the tool doesn't seem to function. And when you find a URL, be sure to use the MAIN site only (main-site-name.com) and omit any subdirectories (anything that comes after the ".com") so anything after a forward slash is ignored.

Here's another tip...

If a site hosts files on a platform like clickfunnels or a learning site like teachable, the link will look something like this:

web-site-name.teachable.com

Try putting the site name WITHOUT the teachable part into the WP Site Ripper and see what you get. Sometimes, the same files that reside on their teachable platform also reside in an area on their WP website and if that is the case ... and IF the site isn't coded to omit showing that content ... you might be able to find them.

Another quick way to find sites for this tool is to follow the REQ thread on this forum for inspiration. I often do this if I can't come up with ideas for something to search for.

I just check the REQ posts to see what's popular or being asked for at the moment. If it's something I like or feel I can help with, I put the sales page link (minus any subdirectories) into the WP ripper tool. In the rare case where a sales page URL is not posted, I do a search for the product by name to find it.

If the sales page is hosted on WP and isn't specially coded for links to NOT show, you should see some links.

The only thing is, again, just because you find a link that says "Thank you" or otherwise looks like a product delivery link, more often than not, premium (paid) content is being delivered via email or through a membership login instead of via download links residing on the site itself. So if you were to click a link inside this tool that looks like a download link, you could get a page that reads: "Thank you for your purchase. Check your email for access information." Or "The download links have been delivered to your email."

Again, there are all kinds of ways to find websites for this tool. Do a search for:

* book promotion course
* copywriting books (or tutorial)
* SEO product
* how to write best seller
* journal printables course
* Etsy tutorial
* Canva design tutorial

Or go with the gurus like this:

* Shawn Hansen courses
* Amy Harrop products
* internet marketing guru course

Let the search engines bring you the URLs to products you like. Then use the URLs in the site ripper. You may get some golden gems. Or not. But nothing beats a failure but a try.

And if you really need inspiration, visit some of the free course download sites I post in my LAYNA'S LINKS LETTER shares. You can find authors or course developers there; put their names in a search engine to see what else they have. Use the URLs to their other products in the WP ripper tool and see what pops up.
