1) How is this possible that something is in trending and have zero competition?
It's obvious that people are talking and working on trending thing that's why it's trending.
Trending can't be a zero competition thing
2) What about traffic? Can this traffic be used for ecom?
Normally cheap traffic don't convert well.

Yes it does has some competition, but 1in5 i was able to rank #1 using this technique
This is cheap traffic and best way to monetize is using ad networks, i.e adsense, ezoic etc
it cannot be used for ecom
