It will take work and research, but everything is explained very well in a step by step fashion. AND none of it is difficult.

Everything is well thought out and laid out very nicely. Good grammar, spelling, etc.. and as mentioned above, step by step and I wasn't really left with any questions.
I know how to build a blog and how to rank using SEO. And it's HARD. But his method of using this specific niche and finding easy to rank keywords, takes a lot of the difficulty out of it. And knowing what I know about SEO, this all makes 100% sense and is an easier way to do this that I had never thought of - nor have I seen this taught before.
If you're not afraid to get your hands dirty - and really, it's not that hard... you can be up and running within a week I'd say. you'll be building an asset that you can sell for 10-15x revenue in a fairly short period of time.
