Average doesn't exist. There are too many variables to consider, most of which I would have no control over. A SMALL list of those variables include:
- the quality of your ads
- how targeted they are
- the quality of your landing pages
- your actual offer
- how good you are at pitching
- whether or not you're open to phone sales
- whether or not you're willing to play the
- objection/rebuttal game
For obvious reasons, I can't tell you any of that. That's all up to you. I'm too honest to lie or make crap up. Now, with that being said, I can tell you how I answered an inner circle member who wanted the same information.
Quote:For inquiring minds, I generally get back about $3 in the first two months for every $1 I spent getting the client. THAT is really the only metric I truly focus on and care about.
What investment do we need to start earning?

That also depends. As my free explanation explains in the method thread, it is entirely possible to start earning with an investment of basically zero (outside of domain and hosting of your own site). There's basically two ways to earn (as with most businesses)... either through investing your MONEY or your TIME/EFFORT.
If you're willing to work (especially offline), you can start generating clients without spending a dime. If you're lazy (like me... ok, actually I'm anything but lazy. I'm just too busy to have time for manual prospecting.), you'll need to open up your wallet.
As to how much that costs, just like I answered the person above, I can't say because too much of that is beyond my control. The advice I ALWAYS give though is don't invest more than you can afford to lose. If you have $100 in your checking account, but no food in your house, I would recommend you buy food instead. On the flip side, if you have a spare grand that isn't NEEDED... and you're comfortable with risk, spend it all. As I mentioned earlier my ROI is about 3 to 1 for every buck I spend getting a client (within 60 days of procurement). Obviously, your mileage may vary.
Great info Taco! Question, at what point do the client own the website? So if they paid for their own domain, and went with the month to month hosting with you then after month 4 stop paying what happens? Is there a required time frame the client has to pay in order to actually own the website and have the ability move it to their own server. Thanks
i paid and i have some questions, so check pm please
thanks

That's really up to you, as it's more about policy than growing a business and procuring clients which I focus on.
That being said, this too has come up in my Inner Circle. I told them that they should decide for themselves how to handle it. As for what I personally do, after they order their free site and pay for hosting, they receive my maintenance agreement. It basically tells them that if they choose to take hosting elsewhere within the first two years, they will need to pay a fee for the release of the site. A smaller fee if they wish to move it themselves. A larger fee if they want me to move it for them.

I do not see a pm from you.
I just bought this BSO and joined the inner circle..
I probably got more value from this BSO than the $999 course which I got from a GB.
(Hint: the course talks about freelancing which I have to go through for more than 40 hours)
I got a lot of "Aha" moments while going through the course. I make money through WP development so I resonated more with this guide. but definitely this method is applicable even if you're a writer, designer etc..
What I liked really liked about this BSO is tacos4san dive straight to the meat of the topic (no fluffs) so you don't need to spend a lot of hours to go through everything.
I just watched one video on the inner circle and it got me even more "aha" moments. I can't wait to implement the things that he talked to my business.

Thanks for the kind words. And just as you can't wait to implement my teachings, I can't wait to hear about it!
And to everyone else... Talk about a testimonial! This gentleman received more from my FIVE DOLLAR BSO than he received from a thousand dollar course. I think that says all you really need to know.
I am confused...I bought the 5 bucks BSO. Is there a link I missed or was I supposed to receive a PDF?
Thanks.
