What I am going to say right now is true most of the time in case of such closer courses. What these teach you are all basic fundamentals of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). I have downloaded almost every closer type course including Jason capital's dominance and high income coach and I am currently going through Dan's HTC, trust me its same as what you will learn in $300-400 NLP certification course. To bonus to that you will be actually certified in coaching by acknowledge institute. Not only that find some local institute and you can be coached in person rather than online which is way more effective.
I was googling about Dan's youtube course (i usually try to get course free like all of us here
) and I came across this youtube video by coffee break https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=havkfVEjlCc . Have a look at the irony.
Now obviously a man's gotta earn but then again not by contradicting his own philosophies.
Not saying I haven't brought a course or I never will in future but it is my last resort when I can't find it free or can't find similar knowledge for free.
PS/TLDR: Not saying dan is scam or anything but its butter to get closer/nlp type of training offline, which is cheaper and more effective.

2. This is an AMAZING course. It may be a bit slow for some, but the skills you'll learn here are top-notch. I use them on a daily basis, and have to say that mastering these skills over the past few years has massively changed my life for the better.

So if you're able to get your hands on it, get it. Learn it, then use it. And if you're really crazy, just go in and buy the course and go thru the training live. You'll never look back.
