You need to install the nulled version from provider link and install the demo from them, this is the Untouched Version of the theme so you have to first install demo from Bottom Link of other thread and then update to the latest version.

demo to install is not in nulled version

I Have Uploaded The Untouched and Clean Version of theme so first install theme from any nulled version from BBHF , then install demo whichever you want , after that you can update theme to latest version.
