Ok what is the code does this include full app access to MS 365 and the email account nd 5 tb of onedrive ?

There is no code, you are given a MS account and access to all 365 apps and the One drive access. This is a private account to you.

99% of the users use it for the apps and I would not recommend putting valuable data on the One drive in case something happens to the account. I would only put valuable data on one drive if I actually got it directly from MS.

Issue I had last time, since this is from your college etc..when the parent account becomes discounted, we stand to lose everything..
Any way of mitigating that?

As for the apps there should not be issue if its replaced with an account but no such chance with one drive. One drive is not recommended to be used with these type of accounts. If you want security in One drive, then your only choice is buying direct from MS. I only use the 365 apps as all the files are stored on my device anyway so if anything goes wrong, I can just change the account and I have my full suite of apps again.
