hello, I see it is written only - "Access to offline and online Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint!"

Others office applications like Outlook, publisher, Access are not available?

Yes you get access to all Office 365 apps which is available on their normal paid sub.

I purchased before and the one drive was suspended but I think the account is still working. Can we do something about it? Thanks

If it was suspended it was likely because of the ToS, especially if your account is working. Not much I can do about that.
