You appear to be ignoring my requests for help with my purchase.
It is now over 3 weeks since my purchase and at least 4 PMs and Skypes with no reply, so do the honourable thing and just refund as I no longer have any patience. time or trust in you.
BTW I even offered to accept another program if you could not solve Scribd, but it seems you just ignored that also.
I will post again with your response.
PS: First time in years I have had a problem with a BBHF purchase, including over 40 purchases from a BBHF member outside the forum.
Update as at 4th September. Still being ignored - looks like I will have to ask PayPal to refund.
UPDATE: Now all OK. He has been VERY helpful and I accept he could not deal with the problem due to illness. Members, please ignore the above as I naturally thought it was too genuine to be true at the cost. In short, I think I was too quick off the mark and should have been more patient.
