Bought Scribd on August 8th, sent you PM on August 10 explaining the membership had already expired. You replied you would look into it. Since then I have sent a number of PMs with no replies. Now 20 days since paying and still no membership that works.

It's been 3 weeks since I made a payment for Spotify. You told me about a "medical emergency" and I've been understanding... I've been waiting for you to contact me, without any results.
I wanted to try this service due to all your awesome reviews and I think you offer a good service, but your customer care is terrible. I've sent you the money for a service and you should deliver that service without me asking you multiple times about it... And if you can't deliver it, just refund the money and everything would be fine. The time this takes is insane, no matter the reason for it. Especially when I don't hear a single word from you. I hope the payments are for 30 days from the time you deliver the accounts... |
