I think they have to do something on improving this hosting seriously. AT first, they cut the resellers from Unlimited to 10 accounts (cPanels) with an excuse that they have to cut the server overload. But yet at the beginning, they were promising lot more than that. Lot's of downtime too. And then at the end is YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY.
No reason to be mad at them. Support is good though. The response in an hour or less.
