You sent an email saying nothing is working. I asked what you are trying to link to and to give me your IP address so I can whitelist the IP. You then proceed to give the servers IP address and just after a while you sent an email with foul language threatening a bad review. There is also a process of submitting a support ticket which you failed to do.
Not sure I can help you if you dont give the right info. Not to mention threats and foul language. Initially you emailed and said give a refund and I will give you a review which I said is not possible.

Even one page default wordpress websites hosted on your server are taking about 60 seconds to load .. Pingdom tests shows similar results for locations in USA, Europe. Would you please look into this issue and fix it or should we expect the same level of performance?

Please open up a support ticket on your dashboard and an admin can help you. Unfortunately this is not a support place. I have loaded a few WP sites and they load just fine.

Not impressed with this hosting. They have oversold their servers and hosted sites are slow and freeze regularly.
Cheap hosting is cheap for a reason.
