This is about auto-populating a Shopify store using Oberlo to quickly install products.
Then getting traffic using the Buzzfeed app, which is alleged to deliver lots of free traffic "for life".
As others have noted, the reviews of the Buzzfeed are decidedly mixed: some people claim they get traffic, while others are saying they get no traffic at all. Perhaps that's because there's no obligation for Buzzfeed to provide traffic: "The new BuzzFeed channel allows you to easily tag your products for BuzzFeed editors to search, find, and consider featuring in its campaigns, product lists and onsite content." So maybe they will, maybe they won't.
The Oberlo method was new to me, but let's be clear what this WSO is: another super-hyped method whose main purpose is for Lyfe Lyte to make money out of yet another angle on drop-shipping, his speciality. He is surreptitiously using his Shopify affiliate link, so that's less than straightforward, and while the Shopify app may be beneficial for the lucky few, surely this is going to get quickly saturated, and it's way to early to make bold claims like "traffic for life - no joke". In fact, given Buzzfeed's pronouncements on its ecommerce strategy, I'd be surprised if this was still around in a year's time. You can call me out on that if you wish if I'm wrong.
And once again, this thread highlights the value of this community - getting insights on hyped up and false claims without handing over hard-earned cash to characters whose principal MO is to say absolutely anything, true or, more usually, outrageously false, so they can sell BS to you.
Thanks for you review/insight....reps added
