IP banning is the worst solution, especially when the person is using a dynamic IP. In such circumstances the last option for the mod is to impose blanket ban, which would also ban other authentic and reputable members using the services of the same ISP. It is a different situation if the individual is using a static IP. I have moderated a number of forums as well as IRC channels and know the dangers of an IP ban.

It looks like loveuhoneyy has certainly calmed down for now, but all of those courses I posted were duplicates. It's not really a big deal now, but that was why I brought it to attention in the first place. I just wasn't sure how to format the post at the time.

[2nd warning] "moderated 30 days by fouadfo2sh"
next time no more last warning.
Reason: please avoid opening new thread for the same course again and again, instead post the new coupon in your existing thread without need to create new thread for it,.
