Maybe you miss it. Go to Page 1,scroll down and under FAQ, you will see the results link. I have no issues with seeing the results.

You can get paid anytime by requesting a withdrawal from the Sportsbook. I provide 1++ tips a day. It depends on your finance situation although I would recommend $25, but smaller amounts are perfectly fine and once you have a bigger bankroll, then progress. Yes, it works for USA as well.
