i signed up filled in all my info username and password yet its still not letting me log into the tips its saying no email matching the one i signed up with is found?

i have signed up for your bso.. and out of the 3 days ive been signed up ive only been able to log on for 24 hours#!!!! absolutely disgraceful service the tips are good but useless if i can only log in for 1 day out of 4 :@ i was on the members area and its logged me out now im unabnle to log in again its saying my email hasnt signed up when i have and ive paid for the servicee
and it wont let me reset my password
issue fixed!! everyone jump on these tips im almost 200 up in 3 days!! booooom

It could be due to the browser cache or cookie issue. Please use private browser if necessary. I have reset your password and send a new PM to you. Please use that. I have log in without any issues. Other members are all fine.
