Oh, and the bottom two links on the download site are not working.
It cause by your PHP Option of your hosting. The PHP Execute Time should be above 1000 (mean ms). If it so low, you cannot finish upload to your host before the process terminate by hosting.
Other Idea, why you dont try upload via File Manager? upload and unzip it then go to Themes section to activate!

You uploaded full package, let uncompress file and upload only theme (.zip) file!
