I guess there was a problem,and is going to be back in themeforest i guess today sometime.

Hi, due to a technical issue, the theme was pulled of ThemeForest. We released the new version 8.8.1 and it’s awaiting moderation. We hope that in the next 24 hours the theme will be available again.

on line 891 replace: return false; with return true;
Go to Activate theme inside the theme panel, click Activate the theme manually (at the bottom (footer)) use any code and key
