First the reason i post direct article is due to a SLow-net connection i am going thru which makes it very difficult to post Alternate-Links...am not doing this on purpose... Secondly i requested Some REAL-NON-LEECHER members to help me out, since i need My Systems to be Upgraded..... Sadly i din got any Response.... Hmm Direct Link Or Non Direct well it's Still illegal to post Stuff without the knowledge of the Original Author as per Piracy Act.. and its More Illegal if you are Selling it

I just skimmed through the 4 videos.

These exercises are extremely dangerous for anyone with Sciatica.
