First the reason i post direct article is due to a SLow-net connection i am going thru which makes it very difficult to post Alternate-Links...am not doing this on purpose... I just skimmed through the 4 videos.

These exercises are extremely dangerous for anyone with Sciatica.

Sciatica is normally related to a herniated or bulging disc in the back and these exercises ALL place your back in a compromising position that will WORSEN your disc and sciatica.
