S3-edgecache make your site load super fast
Perhaps some members here can relate their experience suggest whether I should wait or consider this a lost cause?
For the past one week plus my site has been down, have opened ticket earlier, support asks to be patient since they are trying to resolve datacenter problems. But I need the site back, its a simple wordpress installation for business.
Now the ticket has been closed, I am still trying to followup I also posted on another BBHF thread here, hoping that support can do something but till today no avail.

I have been using their service since the days of jawanet and recently to IKIhost. So far there is no major speed, downtime issues. Support is always answered, sometimes slow but get answered surely. I do miss the live chat feature from other hosting company. Strongly recommend that IKIhost implement it asap.

Please note the package mentioned is Free Hosting Service, so please do not merge issue on the paid package.
You say domain is FREE and its 60% off I opted for F ULTRA and when i wanted to checkout i noticed the Domain is US$ 13.00 and code is only for 20% .

But when going to check out shows only 20% discount.
EVEN THEN, the 20% recurring discount is a farce, no less a sham. I tried how many different configurations (semi-annually, monthly and annually) and on the different hosting packages you offer. Not only is it NOT a 60% discount as claimed on this BSO but the promo code DOESN'T EVEN WORK.
So frustrating that I wouldn't waste any more time on this service, much less trialing it with the discount promo code as mentioned above.

I would both update the BSO's claim of 60% to reflect the actual 20% discount and also update the coupon so that the 20% recurring discount works. And I only included the ANNUAL PLAN above because what is the point of the discount working only on semi-annual plans - then it comes back to square one? But although I did not screenshot the semi-annual plans I tried, the recurring so-called discount code also did not work. Then what are the promotion terms if it doesn't work on monthly, semi-annually or annually?
