For adult content websites as long as the content is legal allowed.
If your adult content website is having heavy traffic and you have loads of images and videos on your site then you will have to go for VPS.

I am a normal user not experienced in hosting/domain/nameserver etc.
I have been using their service since the days of jawanet and recently to IKIhost. So far there is no major speed, downtime issues. Support is always answered, sometimes slow but get answered surely. I do miss the live chat feature from other hosting company. Strongly recommend that IKIhost implement it asap.
