ive a problem -
when you open and login to act, under "calls" a circle just keeps spinning, and when you click on the individual company to see the calls, it just says "loading" on the top screen permanently and the list of calls never loads.
does anyone know how to fix this ?
ive tried it in firefox and chrome so its not the browser and its been going on for a few days, but the first time its happened.

Sounds as though you didn’t follow the instructions closely enough.

i'm trying to reach out to anybody that can help me make the version of 2.7.2 version of analytical call tracking works. I'm having a blink page on the install.php and my login page is asking to update the database and when i try to do that it says server cannot handle request. to anyone that can help please

On another note, has anyone else experienced an issue (with any browser) that a call received/placed, will not hang up within the software? Not a big deal as I just refresh the page and all is good. Just curious. Thanks - and thanks AGAIN RAT!!!! ROCK ON!!!

Just want to ask if anyone was able to add contact and make outbound calls? I can seem to do this, I kept getting this message whenever I try to add contact "Please enter Opt-Out settings." or "Opt-Out key cannot be the same as Global Opt-Out key."
Can anyone help out?
