Getting error message "can not open file as archive". Can someone help what that means? Can't extract file at all without error message. I'm opening as I do all other files. Any suggestions.

my internet connection is active and I run as administrator. when I run the explaindio, the license code screen appear with platinum (auto filled) as the license code. I click the activate button, and error message appear on the bottom "platinum license cannot be the same as standard license" I change the license code from "platinum" to a random number and error message" error checking license" any steps that I missed?
