Here is the workbook, worksheets and audio track lists.
Unfortunately I could not get all the audio tracks, only the intro and one other. Because it is incomplete, I feel it does not benefit the sharing of the package.
It would be great if someone can get a hold of the original poster and get all the packages she sells and upload them to mega or zippy.
Hopefully this share gets this process started.
