I have ruminated on the question of karma and rewards.
The rewards for anyone are associated with their efforts, rather than being a direct cause-effect relationship ie. specific effort and reward
By this i mean that the qualia (inherent intelligent quality) flow within the author that creates the product, is embedded within the product itself, and regardless of the means of distribution, achieves the intention of healing whenever that product is used.
The universe will support the author of the product in any number of ways, including but not limited to, money :)

The onus is on the recipient to make use of this and enjoy the flow of qualia, and then their expression of qualia into life is a kind of paying it forward or paying it out, unfettered by the limitations of direct cause-effect.
Qualia is the root of wealth and it's a much bigger concept than money.

So when it comes Enjoy, be Grateful, and Share your Joy :)
