When I send the details with bonus, all who bought from my link are aware.
I had clearly mention this fact that if one is using for client, there is a need to purchase the Agency rights.

And why is that a concern?
I closed a $250 deal by playing with Video Pal for 10 minutes.
If one can make $250 by spending $67 one time payment, the question is why NOT!

I didn't pay attention to agency as I don't wanna sell to clients, but naturally don't want to have their branding on MY websites. It definitely should be unbranded for my own use. Anyways sent an email to videopal asking for a discount for the agency as they didn't mention the branding at all and its totally annoying. Free plugins can have branding but not for a deluxe one.

Logo is fine.
But not clickable links.

No logo isn't fine as well. I bought a deluxe product not shareware or freeware. I want it on my sites and cant use their branding in any way. Not against you samuraiwarrior but its just bad business practice of Todd - but guess he is greedy and wants free branding on paid products. I could understand if he wants branding if you resell or like an agency without paying more.

Thanks for talking with Todd. Hope he will see the issue, especially as he didn't mention anything about that. You can tell him how bad that looks having such branding on a professional business site, not some parasite affiliate blog.

I have to agree with micro, the branding looks very unprofessional. I expect Todd and the others behind VideoPal will do the right thing and fix this. I won't buy until they do.

Yes i just noticed that as well....They need to fix it as that's a sneaky way of doing things..... samuraiwarrior I hope they listen to you.... if not I can see the REFUND storm coming their way!

I wish to comment and highlight about the negative comments about the need to get the agency license.
On the one hand, it seems "unfair" on the part of the vendor as it seems a tactic to "force" people to get agency license.
